Many customers arrive without making a booking in advance. We can’t take their booking because all of our tables are already booked by customers who booked in advance. It’s also impossible to prepare food at the last minute and keep private table.
These customers then try to go on smaller and cheaper cruises, which are also full. They end up not getting good service, seating, or food.
