Our cruise experience fell far below average. It was overcrowded, with limited seating and poor visibility of the performances. Although dance shows were promised, the lower deck was packed and we were redirected upstairs, where seating was also scarce. The food was unimpressive, with few starter options and a mediocre dinner. By the end, crowd control collapsed — the lower deck turned chaotic, with staff shouting to manage the situation. Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing evening.

Excellent service from the staff, delicious food, and an atmosphere full of energy — the vibes were incredible. It truly turned into a night to remember, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you for making it unforgettable.

The food quality was extremely poor and served in a disorganized manner. We were forced to stand in long queues, and despite paying a considerable amount, even the most basic facilities were missing. The washrooms were dirty and unhygienic, and the overall cleanliness of the cruise was shockingly inadequate.

We had a terrible experience with this cruise and The staff failed to manage the crowd, allowing people to cut in, and they were rude and unhelpful despite us having children with us. The boat was overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to find a table. The food was served very late after long queues, and when it finally arrived, it was unhygienic and of very poor quality.

Worst cruise. Don't plan it. In this budget you can go to a pub or any other dinner place. It was a total disaster and the most disappointing plan ever. Nothing was there, proper entertainment, food, nothing. Completely plain
